Police re-enforce the traffic law in Phnom Penh from 05-Jan (ប៉ូលិសបើកយុទ្ធនាការទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំចុះរឹតបន្តឹងច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍)

  

The social security news related to traffic law in Phnom Penh city.

Based on TVFB Online News webpage, from January 05, 2018, 6:30 am onwards, competent coalition led by Gen. Sovann, deputy national police commissioner and municipal police commissioner,  will re-enforce the traffic law in 12 districts in Phnom Penh city, with special forces by arresting motorcyclists who riding without helmets, ride in reversed direction, without motorcycle mirror, without license plates, etc. The motorcycles will be taken to the Police Commissariat of Phnom Penh, recording on TV, and also making the fines agreement before releasing vehicle back to the motorcyclists. This mission will start in front of the Ministry of Interior.

From now onwards, please strictly follow the traffic laws even you drive a car or ride motorcycle.

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ វេលាម៉ោង ០៦:៣០នាទី នេះតទៅ សមត្ថកិច្ចចម្រុះដឹកនាំផ្ទាល់ដោយនាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ជួន សុវណ្ណ អគ្គស្នងការរងនគរបាលជាតិ និងជាស្នងការនគរបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នឹងដឹកនាំប្រតិបត្តិការការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក ទាំង១២ខណ្ឌ នៅក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានកងកម្លាំងអន្តរាគមន៍ពិសេសនឹងចុះចាប់ អ្នកជិះម៉ូតូ អត់ពាក់មួក ជិះបញ្រ្ចាសទិស អត់កញ្ចក់ អត់ស្លាកលេខ ដោយដកហូតម៉ូតូយកទៅទុកនៅស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញនិងថតទូរទស្សន៍ ធ្វើកិច្ចសន្យា សិន ទើបផាកពិន័យ រួចប្រគល់ម៉ូតូឱ្យវិញ ។សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ពុំមានការផាកពិន័យណាមួយនៅនឹងកន្លែងទេ ដូចនេះសូមបងប្អូនជ្រាបជាដំណឹង ហើយ កិច្ចការអនុវត្តនេះនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមនៅមុខក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃមុនគេ។សូមទទទួលជ្រាបជាពត៌មាន ហើយគោរពច្បាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា។
